CLIENT: Delaware North/TD Garden

Delaware North is a global food service and hospitality company operating in a multitude of venues within the sporting, airport, gambling, lodging and entertainment industries. TD Garden is one of their high demand accounts — and they love a good pop-up menu event for their guests!

For one week only, TD Garden was featuring a special pop-up dinner for their suite guests. I was tasked with creating a one-of-a-kind menu that would encapsulate the elevated steakhouse offerings. In a short span of 5 days, I led the charge drafting three separate concepts, fleshing out the design and vetting vendors who could meet the tight turnaround. The result was a custom, engraved cedar wood menu and a very happy client.
