Interstate Hotels & Resorts (IHR) is a global hotel management company with thousands of hotel owners and a 1,400-plus property portfolio. As with most hotels, their way to more profit is focusing on limited-time-offerings within their food and beverage division. For a summer LTO, IHR wanted to focus on a “better burger” than what is expected from typical hotel food - 100% ground chuck on a gourmet brioche bun. The hamburger is the #1 selling food item in all hotel food across the country, so it was a no-brainer to want to capitalize upon that and increase food revenue.
For this LTO, I created a logo that was lively and casual with a hint of retro vibe. It was then applied across the promotional materials featuring their burger photography that focused on the size and freshness.
